In this half day class you will learn how to fill, ganache and cover a cake in fondant, achieving a sharp edge. You will also be shown how to create that perfect glossy drip effect and finish with some piped buttercream swirls.
This is a 4 hour class and can accommodate a group of up to 3 people. Tea and coffee will be provided and you will be supplied with all the tools needed for the class. The sponges will be pre baked, ready for you to use and boxes will be provided to take your beautiful cakes home in. This class will cost £70 per person.
